Pasilla Brisket:  Slow roasted beef in pasilla sauce, black bean and garlic spread, Oaxaca cheese, arbol chile salsa, onions carmalized in mexican coke, micro greens, tomato on fresh baked mexican bolillo roll.

Torta Boracha:  Skirt Steak marinated in Bohemia cerveza, black bean and garlic spread,   Oaxaca cheese, arbol chile salsa, Bohemia cerveza grilled onions , micro greens, tomato on fresh baked mexican bolillo roll.

Chorizo and Cheese:  Spicy mexican pork sausage, black bean and garlic spread, Oaxaca cheese, roasted tomatillo salsa, grilled poblano and onions on fresh baked mexican bolillo roll.

Chicken Milanesa:  Lightly breaded chicken breast, black bean and garlic spread, Oaxaca cheese, REED family farm avocado-cilantro mayo, tomato and micro greens on fresh baked mexican bolillo roll.

TACOS:

Chipotle Pork:  Slow roasted pork in chipotle sauce, pickled red onions, fresh cilantro and spicy serrano salsa.

Tacos Dorados:  Potato tacos mixed with panela cheese, oaxaca cheese and epazote.  Topped with lime infused cabbage salad , pickled red onions and carrot-habanero salsa.  Garnished with fresh chopped epazote and cilantro.

Tamarindo Shrimp:  Grilled shrimp marinated in sweet and sour tamarindo sauce, lime infused red and green cabbage slaw.

Fish: Grilled fish, sweet pepper cabbage avocado slaw, spicy serrano salsa.

Chicken “Al Pastor” Style:  Achiote marinated chicken, grilled pineapple, grilled onion, fresh cilantro, roasted tomatillo salsa.

Vegetarian:   Black bean and garlic spread, sweet pepper-cabbage-avocado slaw, grilled pineapple, pickled red onions, avocado slices, arbol salsa, mexican crema, topped with cilantro.

TAMALES:  100% truckmade and lard-free!

Chicken with Green Sauce:  Roasted chicken with tomatillo salsa.

Vegetable: Oyster mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos, onion and epazote with mexican cheese and tomatillo salsa.

MARISCOS:

Ceviche: Wild Caught Fresh Fish (changes per availablity), infused and cooked in serrano-lime juice, cucumber, tomato, red onion, REED Family Farm avocado, cilantro, served alongside tostadas. 

Camarones Ala Crema: Shrimp, Chipotle-crema, scallions, tomato, red onion, served on a baked tostada garnished with queso fresco and lime.  

QUESADILLAS:  ”Mama’s” Style

ZUCCHINNI FLOWER:  Squash blossoms, zuchinni, fresh mexican cheese with spicy   seranno drizzle.
